Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by client:

The cancellation notice must be made in writing and sent by fax to 086 645 4491 or email to skuys@worldonline.co.za and bookings@appleexpresstrain.co.za

If a cancellation is less than 10 days before date of travel, service fee equivalent to 25% of the total invoiced amount will be retained. In the event of the full amount having been paid a refund of 75% will be effected within 7 workings days of cancellation. However, you have the option to transfer the booking to another date – subject to a 10% service fee.

Should the cancellation be made 48 hours or less before the travel date no refund will be given, but the client has the option to transfer the booking to another date – subject to a 10% service fee.

Cancellation by operator:

In the event of the operator having to cancel because of circumstances beyond our control, you will be refunded in full or may transfer the booking to another date with no service fee payable.
